OUR CHARGES FOR 2013-2014 I undertake work on a fixed fee basis. This means that you know what you will pay before work commences dependent upon when the job comes in irrespective of the time spent on the job. The fee quoted assumes that you are writing up your books using Excel and is valid for 12 months and will be quoted gross and after discount for settlement upon receipt of invoice. It will specify when you should submit your books to take full advantage of discounts. A table showing our hourly rates is set out below as a guide. The higher fees from July 2013 onwards reflect the cost of extra hours worked or help that may be needed to complete the work on time. Bringing your books in or having them collected before 30/06/2003 guarantees that your return will be completed on time and at our lowest fee. The work will be spread over the period 01/04/2013 to 31/12/2013. Jobs will be completed in the order that they come in unless there is some reason for urgency. If work is received after 30th November 2013 I cannot guarantee completion before the 31st January 2014 deadline.
£5 per hour discount is deducted for settlement upon receipt of invoice. The discount may not be deducted if payment is not made within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice. Payment is required by bank transfer, cash, card or cheque. Cheque and credit card payments are subject to an admin charge of £5 per £100. You can if you wish pay an agreed fee by monthly banker's standing order. Ask for details. Work is generally undertaken on the basis that returns or accounts are prepared from the records and explanations supplied. If you require a thorough check of your books or your tax affairs you should enquire about our gold service. I shall not be liable where the client is in breach of any of the aforementioned terms or where the accounts or returns have not been submitted to the Inland Revenue as a consequence of the appropriate bill remaining unpaid. In a nutshell, estate planning refers to the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next. Ultimately, you decide how much of your assets, such as property, car, awards, and financial investments, you want to leave behind when you die. Bucks Will writers
