We offer three levels of service which are fully explained in the following notes.

GOLD SERVICE

This involves your accounts being subjected to the equivalent of a full audit

This means that :-

Every item credited to your various bank, building society and/or credit card accounts will be identified.

These credits must be tied up with :-

Your invoices that you issue to customers or clients.
Transfers from other bank or building society accounts.
Non-taxable monies introduced such as child benefit, gifts from members of the family inheritances, or a win from Premium Bonds etc.
Moneys from wages or salaries already taxed under PAYE either paid to you or your spouse.
Loans.

Every item paid out of your various bank, building society, or credit card accounts will be identified

These payments must be tied up with :-
Invoices obtained by you from your suppliers for goods and services used in your business.
Transfers to other bank or building society accounts.
Private drawings.
Loans to friends or business associates.

Cash reconciliation

We must check that :-

All monies received from customers or clients have been recorded.
All cash items paid into bank and building society accounts have been identified.
all cash drawings have been identified.
Where payments have been made in cash for business expenses these payments have been fully Recorded and Supported by an invoice from your supplier.

Our certificate given with the accounts will state that they have been fully checked and verified.

SILVER SERVICE

This involves a cash reconciliation and checking that your accounts are in accordance with your books. We will identify all credits to bank and building society accounts to ensure that all income is included.  Our certificate given with the accounts will state that they have not been audited.

BRONZE SERVICE

This involves checking that your accounts are in accordance with your books or summary without any reference to invoices.  Our certificate given with the accounts will state that they have not been audited.
