When you instruct me, we will discuss my fee and the month in which your accounts and tax return are completed. Provided I receive your books on or before the first day of the agreed month a 5% discount will be deducted from my fee. If the books are received after the agreed month a surcharge of 20% will be charged. Why am I doing this ? It is essential that I spread my work load more evenly over the year so that I do not have to work 14 hour days in December and January. |
