I am ready to complete your 2008 Tax Return now and submit it over the internet to HM Revenue and Customs. I have been looking after clients in the Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hailsham, Hastings, Heathfield, Lewes, Newhaven, Pevensey, Polegate, Stone Cross, Seaford, Uckfield, Willingdon, and all of the surrounding areas of East Sussex for over 30 years. I offer a friendly, personal service. Many of my clients have been with me from the 1970's. With a few exceptions I visit the Eastbourne clients on Saturdays when books are collected or returned and advice is given. Charges are for the time spent on the client's affairs and not for any travelling. The first visit is entirely free of charge for up to 1 hour of consultation time with no obligation. Visits can be on other days where Saturday is not convenient. You can drop papers off at 76 Milfoil Drive by prior arrangement. If it is just an envelope it can be popped through the letter box but remember I normally collect papers and return them without extra charge. All clients are visited completely free of charge usually twice a year. As part of the initial service, once instructed, I will set up your computer to keep your book-keeping records in Excel, Works or Star Office. You will need to purchase the software and I will install my files free of charge. A free follow up visit is made to check that everything is ok. At the end of the year you supply me with a copy of the files and I then complete your accounts. I offer a friendly personal service at a price you can afford. See TERMS. I can be reached on the telephone day time, evenings and week-ends. You can also contact me by email, text or fax. When out of the office calls are diverted to my mobile number. I look after the accounts and tax affairs of many small businesses, including sole traders, and partnerships and in addition handle VAT records, payroll and personal tax, including investigations and tax appeals before the General Commissioners. I also look after small companies where there is not a need for an audit under the Companies Acts. BUDGET 2008 - TAX and NIC details If you are a pensioner with income from pensions, taxed interest and dividends, I will call on you and complete your return and submit it to the Revenue over the internet for an all inclusive fee of £60.
